Return Policy:

• It is the policy of EUNANARA to provide the best possible service to our customers and clients.
  We aim to resolve all customer inquiries and requests as soon as possible and to keep our customers informed throughout the process. We will always try to resolve any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
  If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, please email us to start a return process.
• Products must be in their original packaging.
• Returns must be received back at our store in new condition within 14 days of delivery date; unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains etc. Jewelry,  Home goods, Sunglasses & Sale items cannot be returned.

• Email us at eunanarashop@gmail.com and tell us the item(s) that you would like to return and your order number.

• We will issue a store credit within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package.

• You may return your items to our store location for store credit or exchange only.
• SORRY NO REFUNDS!
